So the Summer is quickly coming to an end and I have to admit it's kind of bittersweet. I'm extremely ready to be back at school b/c I miss my friends an incredible amount, but I'm sad that I just now feel like I've really gotten to know some of the kids at FBCJ and next Sunday is my last day with them. :( I wish I could just keep sweet Caroline with me. She's really one of the sweetest little girls ever. When I had to leave the kids this morning to go down to my service she asked me why I had to go and she hugged me and didn't want to let me go. I'm pretty sure I'm going to cry next week when I say bye to the kids. I had such a great time at camp, well, with a few exceptions. I loved having the 1st and 2nd grade girls but there were a few times I wanted to kill them, one girl in particular. ha ha Boy can little girls scream. My goodness, if one of them even thought they saw a spider she would start screaming which just started a dominoe effect and they'd all be screaming without even knowing why. ha Overall it was great though. I know that God was working in the lives of some of those kids. I know that at least two of my girls wanted to talk to someone when they got back about more on becoming a Christian, so that just made everything worth it. I'm really goning to miss the kids but I'm really looking forward to being back at school and back at the church I go to when I'm at school, First Clinton. The college ministry just feels like home to me there and I love it. 2 1/2 more weeks until I move back in!!! Unfortunately before then I have to get my wisdome teeth out on the 10th. bleh. I meet with my oral surgeon tomorrow about it. :( Anyway, here's a few of my favorite pics from camp.
